Watauga Preservation also requires a written order either by fax or
email to be made before each material purchase. After your order is received there will be a confirmation call to verify your
purchase of antique materials. Prices vary on Kiln Drying, Plaining, and Straight Edging ask for a Price List. There
will be a half down deposit for your order during processing. The final payment is due upon delivery. All sales are final
upon delivery. All materials purchased are Antique Materials and are subject to; but not limited to; have distinct character
markings (holes, axe markings, and detail from aging). Our clients Beams, Siding and Antique Lumber can also be kiln
dried to ensure stability, reduce defects and avoid any potential infestations. Watauga Preservation would like to thank
